If you're experiencing an issue in-game, we do not recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
All game progress will be reset if the game is uninstalled. If any issues arise with any of our games, please send our customer support any information you might have--details such as the type of phone you're using are very much appreciated--so we can research the issue. If you do uninstall the game, there is unfortunately no way to get your game back due to privacy and technical restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience. Similarly, if you purchase a new phone, we cannot transfer your previous phone's progress to your new device. We are aware that many of our users would appreciate this feature, and it is something we are exploring and hope to implement in the future. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
